Theatre Royal Bath's fortieth anniversary production of Michael Frayn's irresistible, multi-award-winning comedy Noises Off transfers to the Theatre Royal Haymarket for a strictly limited season starring Felicity Kendal, Jonathan Coy, Mathew Horne, Tamzin Outhwaite, James Fleet and Alexander Hanson.
Noises Off is a hilarious comic romp offering two plays for the price of one. With breakneck pace and a rich gallery of characters, this brilliantly witty farce follows the on and off stage antics of an amateur touring company performing dreadful sex comedy, Nothing On, as they stumble from final shambolic dress rehearsal before opening night in Weston-Super-Mare to a disastrous matinee in Ashton-Under-Lyme before the catastrophic last night in Stockton-on-Tees.
Nothing On and Noises Off interlock as the actors make their exits from one play only to find themselves making entrances into the other and back again. All the classic comedy elements are here: mistaken identity, door slamming and effortless timing. Everything that can go wrong does, as the cast desperately try to hang on to their lines, their performances and the furniture resulting in a terrifying descent into chaos.

Access
There are no steps to the auditorium through the exit doors either side of the main entrance. There is one wheelchair space and transfer seating is available to any aisle seat. Wheelchair users should be accompanied by a non-wheelchair using companion.
Guide dogs are not allowed into the auditorium, but a staff member can look after them.
There is an infra-red system installed. Headsets are available for a refundable £10.00 deposit and can be collected from the front of house desk.
