The Witches Tickets

Overview

Lyndsey Turner directs this musical adaptation of Roald Dahl's award-winning tale The Witches at the Olivier Theatre. Follow the adventures of ten year old orphan Luke and his Norwegian gran who battle with a gruesome gang of real-life witches who are plotting to get rid of all the children in England.

Led by the gloriously vile Grand High Witch, the horrible harridans have a hideous plan to take over all the sweet shops, poison the children with chocolate and transform them all into mice. With time running out and danger lurking everywhere, Luke and his gran have only one chance to defeat the witches triumph and save the children of England from certain doom.

This production is recommended for children over eight years of age. It contains moments of bright flashing lights and themes of bereavement and death.

The theatre is wheelchair accessible. There are 3 spaces for wheelchair users and transfer seating is available to aisle seats.

An infrared system with headsets is available for the hard of hearing.

Guide dogs are not currently allowed in the auditorium, however staff are happy to dog sit. Dogs will be looked after in the cloakroom.
