The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe Tickets
Overview
Michael Fentiman directs a revival of Sally Cookson's critically acclaimed production of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe as it tranfers to the West End. Voted the nation's favourite novel, this spellbinding adaptation of C.S. Lewis’ classic 1950 fantasy tale comes to life featuring incredible puppetry, breathtaking effects and an imaginative set.
Set in wartime Britain, we follow the four Pevensie children - Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter - as they are evacuated from London and sent to live with Professor Digory Kirke in a large, old country house. When the children discover a magical wardrobe, they are transported into the wintry kingdom of Narnia for a magical adventure featuring Tumnus the talking Faun, the evil White Witch who has kept the land in perpetual winter and proclaimed herself Queen, and Aslan the great lion who is the true ruler of the realm. Can the children fulfill an old prophecy and save Narnia as well as their own lives?
