My Fair Lady Tickets
Overview
Adapted from Bernard Shaw's play Pygmalion and Gabriel Pascal's motion picture, The Lincoln Centre Theatre’s critically acclaimed, multi-award-winning production of My Fair Lady comes to the London Coliseum this May for a strictly limited 16 week run. Directed by Bartlett Sher, this is the first major West End revival of Lerner & Loewe’s much-loved 1956 musical for 21 years.
Opinionated linguistics professor and confirmed bachelor Henry Higgins makes a wager with a colleague that within six months he can transform young cockney flower seller Eliza Doolittle into a proper lady who can take her place in high society. He wins the bet, but doesn't bargain for the profound effect she has on his life.
Frederick Loewe's fantastic scorewill be played by the English National Opera orchestra and features hit songs including I Could Have Danced All Night, The Rain in Spain, Wouldn't it be Loverly, On the Street Where You Live and I'm Getting Married in the Morning.
