The IT Crowd and Humans star Katherine Parkinson reprises her acclaimed role as Judy in Tamara Harvey's production of Home, I’m Darling, Laura Wade’s piercingly funny yet poignant play about sex, cake and one woman’s quest to achieve marital bliss by becoming the perfect housewife. After a sold-out run at the National Theatre, this timely analysis of the gender divide transfers to the West End for a strictly limited 11 week season.

When 38 year old Judy takes voluntary redundancy from her job in corporate finance, she chooses to become a 1950s domestic goddess, cleaning, baking cupcakes, ironing and handing a cocktail to her estate agent husband Johnny when he walks through the door each evening. But behind the gingham curtains and vintage clothes, the fantasy and nostalgia slowly start to unravel and Judy discovers her icing sugar-drenched life is not as sweet as she might imagine.

Access
There are 2 spaces for wheelchair users in the Royal Circle and transfer seating is also available. A maximum of 2 wheelchair transferees and 1 scooter is permitted per performance.

A dual channel infra-red system with 12 headsets is available for the hearing impaired. Headsets should be collected from the cloakroom.

Guide dogs are allowed inside the auditorium, or staff can dog-sit if preferred. A maximum of 4 guide dogs is permitted per performance.
