The Goat, or Who is Sylvia? Tickets
Overview
Former Royal Court Artistic Director Ian Rickson will direct Damian Lewis and Sophie Okonedo in his revival of Edward Albee’s darkly comic masterpiece, The Goat, or Who Is Sylvia which returns to the West End for a strictly limited 12 week run.
Full of Albee’s characteristic wit, the play is a deeply tragic portrayal of a family in crisis.
Martin Gray is a middle-aged architect with a successful career, a loving wife and a seventeen year old son. But when he confesses to an improbable and impossible extramarital relationship, it triggers a tragic series of events as those he loves struggle to comprehend his secret and his secure and comfortable world begins to crumble around him. But who is Sylvia?
