The musical adaptation of Dirty Dancing returns to London for a fourth time in January 2023 for another strictly limited run at the Dominion Theatre. Directed by Federico Bellone and based on Eleanor Bergstein's smash hit 1987 film, the musical originally opened in London in 2008, with an advance of £15 million breaking all records at that time as the biggest, fastest advance sale of any show in West End history. Since its 2004 premiere in Sydney, the stage sensation has received standing ovations worldwide and been enjoyed by over 5 million theatregoers.
Set in a holiday camp in New York's Catskill Mountains in the summer of 1963, Dirty Dancing is a feel good coming-of-age story charting teenager Frances 'Baby' Houseman's forbidden romance with dance instructor Johnny Castle. Both fiercely independent and from different sides of the track, Baby is thrown in at the deep end as Johnny's leading lady both on-stage and off with breathtaking consequences. The lovers come together in what will be the most challenging and triumphant experience of their lives.

Access
The entrance to the theatre is street level with step-free access to the foyer. The theatre is fully accessible for wheelchairs and transfer seating is available in the stalls.
The theatre uses the Sennheiser Mobile Connect System. Customers are advised to bring their own headphones, but the theatre can provide them if required.
Guide dogs are welcome everywhere in the theatre and may be taken into the auditorium or looked after by theatre staff.
