Overview

The Big Bus Company's award-winning London sightseeing tours feature fully-trained live guides, or a pre-recorded commentary available in twelve languages. The distinctive burgundy and cream open-top buses cover four different routes and are an ideal way to experience London's fascinating history, and its world-famous attractions and monuments.

The 24 hour hop-on, hop-off ticket also includes a 40 minute one way river cruise on the Thames, plus free guided walking tours. The unique all-inclusive ticket is a marvelous way of ensuring your stay in London is truly unforgettable!

Children under 5 ride free if accompanied by an adult. Only one child under 5 years accompanied by one adult may travel free as long as they do not occupy a seat to the exclusion of a fare-paying passenger. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. Tickets are not required for under 5s.

Free Walking Tours
There are guided walking tours - Royal London walk (includes the Changing of the Guard), and the Little Legs Kids’ Walking Tour.

These gentle, light-hearted walks, accompanied by the Big Bus friendly guides, show you the heart and soul of London. While your Big Bus ticket is valid you may take as many walks as you like, absolutely free of charge!

Duration
The duration of the full tour with no break is approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes. However, this is a hop-on/hop-off tour and you may leave and rejoin the bus at any time from any of the 40 stops.

Departures
The bus runs daily all year (except Christmas Day) with departures from 8.30am and every 15-30 minutes thereafter.

There are three main departure points at Green Park, Marble Arch and Victoria.

You can join the tour at any bus stop where you see the Big Bus sign but we strongly recommend that first timers board at one of the main departure points where Big Bus staff can provide advice about traffic conditions on the day and final departure times.
